why iPhones are better than Android phones

I'm one of the apple fans in the world. In this blog, I want talk about why the Iphones betterthan the Android phones.

If you buy any of the best smartphones, you'll be in good shape. But if you're having trouble deciding between iPhone and Android, here are some ways the iPhone trumps Android.

I think the iPhones get the best apps first. Even though the iPhone has a smaller market share, developers still tend to make the best apps for iOS first. Yes, you can find most of the same popular apps on Android, but they don't always have the better features and designs. If you care about having the best apps on your phone, you're better off with iPhone.

And the iphone have better looking. With a few exceptions like the gorgeous HTC One and Xiaomi Mi Note, there aren't many great-looking Android phones out there. Many are chunky and plasticky. The iphone consistently have a better designs than Android phones.

The best thing I like iphone because they have the best after sale service. For example, if I break my screen, I can go apple store get a new one because I have the insurance. But others Android cannot do it.

And I think iphone have the best camera. Few Android phones have cameras as good as the one on the iPhone 6. (The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 stands out pretty well.) The iPhone 6 camera takes great photos and includes nifty features like the ability to shoot slow-motion and time-lapse videos. Plus, rumor has it the next iPhone will have a camera that rivals DSLRs.

The last reason iphone better than Android phones is the software in iphone will always be up to date.

Here is all my opinion. Hope you like it.

Chinese Hotpot

In the Chinese new year festival, I like eating the hotpot with my friends. So today I want introduce how to make hotpot.

Hot pot or also known as Chinese fondue is always my favorite no matter in hot summer or cold winter. In China, hot pot has a history over 1000 years and until now, it is still the most popular dish for social or family gathering.

Let’s start making hot pot broth (soup base). Generally there are two types of broth for hot pot, one is spicy version and the other is clear version.

1. Prepare the ingredients. The picture below shows my recommendation for making a clear hot pot broth. One chicken, several pig big bones, tomato, ginger and scallion. Besides, I add celery and carrot but forget to include them in the photo. Sorry for that. You can use lamb bones or beef bones too.

2. Cut the chicken into large chunks. Clean chicken chunks, and pig bones. Cut ginger into slices, tomato into slices, scallions into sections, carrots into cubes and celery into small section.

3. Prepare a pot or wok with enough water. Bring the water to a boiling. And add chicken and pig bones in. Turn down the fire and cook the blood water out. Transfer out and wash with warm water.

4. Clean your pot or prepare another one.  And add some enough water. Return the chicken and pig bones back. Add ginger slices, carrot cubes, scallions sections and tomato slices in to. Add 3 teaspoon salt or as needed.

5 Bring all the content to a boiling and then turn down the fire to simmer for around 40 minutes to 1 hour.

Hope you enjoin it.

How To Make Dumplings

Chinesedumplings have been a tasty treat for thousands of years. There are actually several different types of dumplings––jiaozi (boiled or pan-fried), potstickers (pan-fried then steamed), and gow gees (steamed or deep-fried). You can easily make tasty jiaozi that are either boiled or pan-fried, with just a bit of effort and preparation.

1. Mix the flour, salt, and water in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together until you make a nice, smooth dough. Use a wooden spoon to stir the ingredients together until they are fully incorporated. This recipe should make about 20 wrappers.

2. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. This can help the ingredients settle together. As you wait for the dough to rest, you can cover the bowl with cling wrap. You can start to make the filling for the dumplings while you wait.
3. Place the dough on a flat surface. A cutting board will work here. Then, cut the dough into about 20 or more equal pieces for the dumplings.
4. Make each circular wrapper. Simply use your hand to pick up each piece of dough and pound it into the board to make a small circular disc. Then, use a rolling pin to smooth out each disc until it's about 3 inches (7.5 cm) in diameter. They don't have to all be exactly the same size, but it can help to get them as close to the same size as possible.
5. Store or use the wrappers immediately. You should either fill the wrappers immediately, or you can store them in the fridge to keep them fresh while you make the filling. You can store them for a few days in the fridge, or you can even freeze them to store them long-term. Just make sure to coat them with flour so they don't stick to each other.
6. Buy wrappers if you don't want to make your own. If you don't have the time or energy to make your own wrappers, then you should know that two types of wrappers are readily available in supermarkets and Asian food stores. Wonton wrappers (also called skins) are delicate and paper-thin, usually about a thirty-second of an inch thick. They typically come in three-inch squares and are made from flour, eggs, and salt.

These wrappers, which are Chinese in origin, are suitable for boiling, steaming, deep-frying, and pan-frying.

Troy War-mart and Chinese Store have the wrappers.
